1. Purpose

This notice governs access to www.almorada.es (the "Site"), whose primary goal is to describe Almorada apart-hotels and redirect visitors to the Beds24 booking engine to check availability.

2. Acceptable use

Users agree to use the Site in a diligent, lawful and respectful way, refraining from:

  • Introducing malware or unlawful content.
  • Carrying out actions that harm ALMORADA or third parties.
  • Using the chat/AI widget for unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory purposes or to disclose third-party data without a lawful basis.

3. Minimum age

The Site is not directed at people under 16. Any booking must be made by someone who is of legal age under the applicable regulations.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content (texts, photos, videos, trademarks, logos, designs, code, etc.) is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or transformation is prohibited.

5. External links

The Site may link to third-party services (e.g. Google/Apple/OpenStreetMap, social networks, Beds24). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Service availability

ALMORADA takes reasonable steps to keep the Site available and secure but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. The Site may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, upgrades or external causes.

7. Rates, availability and bookings

Availability queries redirect to the Beds24 environment, where each rate displays its own price, taxes, cancellation/no-show policy, payment terms and schedules. Those specific rate conditions prevail over any general information shown on the Site.

Non-refundable rates: some rates offer a lower price in exchange for waiving cancellation or refunds, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and the statutory exception to withdrawal for accommodation services tied to specific dates.

8. Booking engine & PMS (Beds24)

When you enter the Beds24-hosted reservation page, data processing and cookie use are also subject to Beds24 policies and the specific booking conditions. ALMORADA uses Beds24 under a data processing agreement.

9. Conversational assistant (AI)

The Site may embed an AI assistant iframe. Usage is optional and can be anonymous. The widget may set cookies or local storage and conversations are logged on an EU-hosted server for support, service improvement and interest analysis. See the Privacy Policy for further detail.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ALMORADA is not liable for:

  • Unlawful or improper use of the Site by users.
  • Third-party content linked from the Site.
  • Technical or security failures beyond ALMORADA's control.
  • Booking or purchase decisions taken without reviewing the final conditions in the booking engine.

11. Promotions and codes

Promotions may have specific conditions (dates, minimum stays, limited units). If there is any conflict, the specific conditions prevail.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Where consumer rules allow, the parties submit to the Courts of Alicante. If the user is a consumer, the courts of their domicile will have jurisdiction.

14. Changes

ALMORADA may update these Terms. The applicable version is the one published on the Site together with its date.
