- How do I secure my booking and what payment terms apply?
- Bookings on almorada.es require a payment card and are charged in advance. The room is guaranteed and non-refundable. You may pay by card or cash on arrival but availability is only guaranteed once a prepaid online booking is confirmed. Book direct at https://beds24.com/book-ruta for best value.

- Are linens and towels provided, and can I request fresh sets during my stay?
- Yes, every studio comes with towels and bed linens. On stays longer than four nights we change them free of charge; for shorter stays we can refresh them for a small fee. A full room cleaning that includes new sheets and towels is also available for €30.
- Is La Ruta accessible for guests with reduced mobility?
- The property sits on the first floor and Room 10 is configured with extra space and easy-access features, so guests with reduced mobility can arrive and move about comfortably.
- Do I need to leave a deposit or can I pay cash on arrival?
- We do not require a damage deposit. You can settle the balance in cash, but please coordinate the details with our administrator in advance. Remember that only prepaid online bookings guarantee that the room will be held exclusively for you.
- Do you offer special rates for longer stays or monthly visits?
- Yes—please contact us directly via WhatsApp at +34 653 17 49 73 or email pueblomarcalpe@gmail.com for stays of a month or more and we can propose a tailored monthly price for your dates.
- Do you accept pets and are there size restrictions?
- Yes, pet-friendly with no size limit. A €12 cleaning supplement per pet per stay applies.
- What house rules should I be aware of?
- Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, indoor smoking and parties are not permitted. A €100 fee applies if these rules are broken, so please enjoy the space respectfully.
- Do you have a swimming pool on site?
- No pool on site. The beach is a few minutes away.
- Can you guarantee a room that has never had smoking or pets?
- Because the apartments have hosted many guests over the years, we cannot certify that a specific room has never experienced smoke or pets, even though we perform a full clean between stays.
- What in-room amenities or self-catering facilities are included?
- Each studio features a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, glasses and a kettle, plus a foldable drying rack. You also have a private bathroom with shower and fan, air conditioning that heats and cools, a safe and a TV (without Netflix). A coin laundry sits in the corridor for guests only (self-service with euro coins), and we do not offer breakfast or a restaurant.
- Where can I park my car?
- Street parking on Avenida de Rumania is free in winter and paid in summer. Free street parking is available about 7 minutes away toward Plaza Central. Paid indoor garages at Plaza Mayor or Hotel Sol y Mar.
- How does self check-in work and can I arrive early?
- Complete the online process via Checkin.com and you will receive a PIN for the main entrance and your room. Standard check-in is 15:00, check-out 10:30. Early check-in requires prior arrangement and is only possible if the studio was empty the night before.
