- How do I secure my Pueblo Mar booking and what payment terms apply?
- Bookings completed on almorada.es require a payment card and are charged in advance so your studio is guaranteed and non-refundable. You may still pay by cash or card when you arrive, but if another guest prepays online first we must honor that reservation—so the safest (and usually cheapest) option is to prepay directly at https://beds24.com/book-pueblo. Third-party sites sometimes offer refundable rates but they are typically priced higher.
- How can I reach the team before or during my stay?

- Are towels and sheets provided, and can I request fresh sets?
- Yes, every stay includes towels and linens. If you stay more than four nights we change them automatically at no cost; for shorter stays we can refresh them for a small fee, or arrange a full-room cleaning with new linens and towels for €30.
- Is the building accessible for guests with reduced mobility?
- The studios are spacious, but the entrance is reached via a staircase and there is no elevator, so the property is not step-free.
- Do I need to leave a deposit or can I pay cash on arrival?
- We do not require a damage deposit. You can pay in cash or by card when you arrive, but please coordinate with our administrator and remember that only prepaid online bookings guarantee availability.
- Can you offer a discount if we arrive late or only use the room briefly?
- Even for very late arrivals or minimal use, the nightly rate remains the same and we are unable to provide additional discounts. Thank you for understanding.
- Do you have a swimming pool?
- We do not have a pool on site, but the beach is just a few minutes away so you can enjoy the sea whenever you like.
- Can you guarantee a room that has never hosted pets or smokers?
- Because the apartments have hosted many guests over time, we cannot guarantee that a specific studio has never experienced pets or smoke, even though we deep clean after each stay.
- What amenities are in the room?
- Each studio includes a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, glasses and a kettle, plus a private bathroom with shower and fan, air conditioning that heats or cools, a safe, TV (without Netflix) and a foldable drying rack.
- Where can I park my car?
- Street parking on C. Maestro Serrano, 2 is typically free in winter and becomes paid during the summer season (rules vary yearly). You can always find free street spots about a seven-minute walk away toward Plaza Central, and paid indoor garages at Plaza Mayor or Hotel Sol y Mar.
- How does self check-in work and is early arrival possible?
- Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:30. There is no front desk—complete the online process via Checkin.com and you will receive a PIN for the building and your studio. Early check-in between 00:00 and 15:00 is only possible if the studio was empty the night before and you arrange it with us in advance; late check-out also requires prior approval.
- Do you accept pets and are there size restrictions?
- Yes, we are pet-friendly and do not limit the size of animals. A €12 cleaning supplement per pet, per stay applies (https://buy.stripe.com/8wM01O3PublIghi144).
- What house rules should I keep in mind?
- Smoking inside the studio and parties are prohibited. If these rules are broken we must charge a €100 fee, so please enjoy the space respectfully.
- Is there a laundry service on site?
- A coin-operated laundry sits in the corridor for guest use only; it’s self-service, not open to the public, and you just need euro coins to run each load (let us know if you need change).

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. Beach was close and the restaurants were plenty, especially in the old town. Would definitely stay there again.
